- I have still not been paid
- They are asking for information I have provided twice
- I'm currently on hold with them. The estimated time was 7 minutes. It's been 30.

i called them and they told me "you didnt pick up your cheque for january" (incorrect) and then lectured me on reporting my income on time (i have never been late) and then said theyd call me later to tell me why i wasnt paid this month. they closed an hour and a half ago without calling me.

Recently went to the surgeon and she asked when I wanted top surgery, I said as soon as possible, she said "how about in three weeks." I have been silently processing it since (until now)
