I heard it wasn't even ICE, it was some right-wing maniac (although the two are not incompatible). Meanwhile, the owner's car is f-ed up, which he will have to deal with. I do find it interesting that he was allegedly carrying 3 forms of ID proving his citizenship! This is where wr are now...
