I have been in therapy for 1 month, trying to understand myself and figure out what is right for me. This was my first step, self understanding.

I will be making this as my first post in my bottom surgery journey. It’s Friday and I reached out to a couple places to get some info and prerequisites I need for the surgery. I want to document my steps to maybe help others with their journey.
