All valid observation. My question is that if there will be no one hired at the entry level then where will the future managers, CEOs and leaders come from? Everyone was an entry-level worker once. Then you rise up the ranks with all the learning on the way. How will we replace that experience?

There are many contradictions in the tech job market in 2026.
Firms are laying off without having found ways to deploy AI at scale. Entry-level jobs are few, but critical roles are hard to fill.
