We present a protocol to generate Parasympathetic neurons from hiPSC. They express key parasympathetic/autonomic markers, #ephys features and respond to nicotine. They can also form functional connections with hiPSC-atrial cardiomyocytes.

Our team visited Wellington Primary School for Science Week to teach them about the brain, nerves and neurons! We had a great time and hope that your students enjoyed their lessons as well!
I illustrated a kid's science comic for @wolfsonsparc.bsky.social recently π The comic is all about nerves! I had SO much fun drawing it, and here's a few of my favourite pages.
Professor SPaRC's worries on the first page are unfounded- the comic is VERY silly and fun and I'm sure kids will love it!
We visited Bygrove Primary school for Science Week to help the students learn about the brain, nerves and neurons. By combining science with arts and crafts, we hope everybody had a good time!
