Its a simple sketch of Luffy and Sanji in a scenery from Wholecake island. They're on the rainy battlefield but some rays of sun are breaking through the clouds. Sanji is crying as he looks down at Luffy. Luffy is kneeling and looking up at him with a calm tired smile, one hand wrapped around his back holding onto him, sunlight hitting his face. They're both bruised and drenched in rain, but Luffy is happy.
