Three big sheets of paper on the floow with post-it notes.
The three sheets of paper explore:

1. What do you do to help maintain good wellbeing during your PhD?
2. What would you like to do more of to maintain good wellbeing during your PhD?
3. How can we create a sense of community among PGRs, and how can we facilitate these conversations around wellbeing/mental health? 6 flyers spread across a table. The flyers provide information and QR codes for QMUL PGR wellbeing support.

Happy #WorldMentalHealthDay 🌍
As Disability & Wellbeing reps on the @qmulsbbs.bsky.social EDI Committee, we organised a PGR Wellbeing Event to share ideas on supporting wellbeing during the PhD and building community. Thanks to everyone who came, and to Ben from Advice & Counselling for joining us!
