In one photo he captioned “Eagles going down!”, it’s actually a photo of a red kite from 2010 in Spain.
The other photo is from 2006 in Taiwan.

A military member can be court-martialed for adultery. Adultery is a violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) and is considered a criminal offense. Just saying. He would be in charge of the entire defense department.
