When they mapped this out in Toronto the locations that were eligible + their bubble zones effectively made all areas of the city illegal to protest in.

I’m sure British Columbia and the Federal government trying to effectively limit protest as best they can during the Iran war is coincidental.
The biggest deal in both bills is how many locations it applies to. They are effectively anti-protest bills. The UK 🇬🇧rolled out a similar model before they essentially banned meaningful protest.
