He isn't a Pokémon. In fact, to show how upset he was with the Pokémon ball being thrown,he was answering natures call on Monty 's hoodie. In his defense, he hasn't been let out all day.
He was very delighted. Dancing around in a circle, he tries to catch the snowflakes. This felt like home again. Like being back at the north pole.
Spooked, Snowcone trotted off. In search of Noelle. He doesn't understand why this human was throwing a ball at him. All he knows is that it scared him.
