It's half way through the month & progress is not going well.

I have finished filling this index card bundle with plot beats from my narrative outline. It turns out that I have a little less than half of the chapters fully planned out, and a handful that are in a “something like this happens here” state. A bunch are empty too.

The one annoying thing is that, if the game has branches, you need to write them directly into the code. I did get a plug in that let me write the branches in a Twine and then translate that into the Ren’Py engine.
Ren’Py was very quick to learn! I recommend it if you are interested in a visual novel format.
Remember when Israel still had the shame to spin lies and put out statements that the children in the yoghurt factory were Hamas or Hezbollah or whatever they use to massacre tens of thousands of children as Western politicians claim Israel's "right to defend themselves".
In fact, that is what I’d have done if this were a beloved tv show that was done dirty. I would fix it with my own stories.
I’ve been unable to finish Inquisition bc of what happened to Veilguard and the franchise. But what if I wrote my own little timeline playing out?
Maybe my first fan game? I’m still pained by the wasted potential in Dragon Age (RIP). Doing something purely self indulgent would be a nice way to take a break before I tackle the first draft.
