#BlindDrams Dram Trois is a departure for James Eadie, ageing a Dailuaine from Speyside in Cognac - hailing of course from the Cognac region where white wine is double-distilled in copper pot stills, then aged in French oak. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿SM SC ⏳18yo 🏁Cognac💪🏼50% #️⃣232 btls 💰£90-£95

#BlindDrams Dram Deux was a Lindores Thiron 2025. The Abbey was founded by monks from Thiron in 1191. In 2018 the distillery commisioned a number of casks made from the French oak trees that grow in the forests around the village of Thiron-Gardais. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿SM ⏳NAS 🏁French Oak 💪🏼49.4% #️⃣NK 💰£65
