These past couple of days were rough. After today's walk, I had to just sit down and cry for a bit. It's all good now though.

I love that it was cloudy all day. I didn't get out until 0830 so it was Perfect!

We've taken a lot of trips in the past couple of years!!

Baha Mar, Grand Cayman, Vegas, Canada, Royal Caribbean, Carnival, etc. We have another cruise coming up in December, and St. Kitts in March.

I know that when I work to hard, I end up scheduling nerve ablations for back pain every 6 months. Also, we have a house full of kids, so we have a house full of snacks. I feel a bit stuck.
