YES ! Not only were they confident in themselves even with Joel’s nervousness at times they were confident in each other and I think that support really helped them both. I was rooting for them from the start

I really loved the family as a team and their skills and teamwork was unmatched this season ❤️

And they also just backed each other up so well with Gem knowing how to calm him down and stopping others from pushing his buttons and Joel backing up Gem against her enemies and the people taunting her.

Even in the finale throughout it all Gem cheered on Joel through his nerves
