Depends on the class and the teacher and time of day?
Low independent but enough to make sure students don't become codependent...this can be partially achieved by mixing up pairs etc. and other activities than just independent practice?
What is the aim of the independent practice for you?

had a lovely morning doing maths (sharing integral resources) with some fabulous ITT students then popped in here for ceiling appreciation and a bit of culture.
Definitely worth the early start!

I checked the weather as I left which suggested thunder later...but beautiful so far...

I heard the frisbee is from the frisbee pie company and students playing catch with the empty pie tins. It is a nice story so completely unverified by me. I do know Frisbee is a brand, a bit like Hoover.

This is like my mum too. No chance to swap a few xp boosts whilst the quest last, it is already over.

So can/should we say g is acceleration due to gravity and weight is the force due to gravity?

Is similar true for other "forces" like magnetism or is it a uniquely gravitational debate?

How would you talk about what gravity is? An attraction?
