A very simple chicken green curry with mushrooms (yes I know it’s not traditional but we like it that way and she eats it - little victories)

Nurse Sasha has been cooking.
A breakfast for her dad this morning (I wasn’t hungry but still got tea and a yogurt) and then she did a green curry (a very simple recipe but considering that she is a VERY picky eater I’m happy that she cooks it and actually eats it!

I have the most adorable nurse at home. Since yesterday Sasha has been taking care of me. Preparing snacks, food, some herbal tea (she googled what could help with fever and then confirmed with me before taking them from my herbs’ apothecary), covered me with blankets etc

Love her so much.

Yeah yesterday I spent the whole day in the couch. Fever and headache. Sasha kept on covering me with blankets (4 total), bringing me some water, put some cooling pads on my forehead… my own private nurse.

Apple TV does really great productions. Not all are equally good but the quality is quite consistent. Also some good movies but I think they are much better with series.
And great documentaries.

On the couch fighting the fever and headache. Sasha asks to continue watching Titanic but … in Thai. So her nanny can watch and understand.

Through her ukulele class in school, Sasha is discovering the Beatles and she loves them. Has been adding several songs on her Spotify playlist.

Yesterday’s 5K run didn’t entirely get rid of sickness. Quite the opposite. I’m exhausted and feverish.
But at least I did my run ….

Pace was not bad but for the last km I was completely exhausted. Needed to drink, way too hot and a little peak of fever … Otherwise would have probably done a PB.

Listened to Dr @eloscicomm.bsky.social and went to run my 5K of the week.
I’m sweaty, out of breath and exhausted. But probably a bit less cranky and stressed.
And now I can eat our homemade pizza without feeling guilty 😁
