On October 13th I moved to Linux Mint because of the end of security updates on Windows 10, and I've realized that not a lot of applications are on Linux, which sucks, yes, but I'd rather have safety than be forced to use Windows 10 or 11, two OS's I now loathe with every fiber of my being.

What if I don't have the storage?: Get USB storage devices or SB cards, preferably in the 100s of GBs, maybe even 1 TBs if you have a lot of favorites!

What to do: Download songs from your favorite artists or favorite Video Games that are on YouTube, same can be said for your favorite videos or videos you want to watch in the near future.

Why it's dumb: Because it's a very big breach of privacy, and also dumb as hell. Imagine if one day, someone hacks into YouTube's servers and steals data that has everyone's ID? Doesn't sound too fun, cause that could lead to identity theft and a whole lot of other things that are bad!

Context: For those who don't know, you're probably wondering why people like me are so determined to boycott YouTube, well this is all happening because of their new change happening on August 13th, that being the requirement of an ID to watch Age restricted videos.
