like, at the end of the day, you can obviously do what you want with your money. i really can't judge. but as someone who's sunk thousands into various gacha over the last decade, just be careful.

that said, i think paying real money to get a character or cosmetics that should be attainable through a story quest or in-game currency is bad game design. gachas in particular prey on people with gambling addictions, and characters are designed to make you experience fomo if you don't get them.

the thread kira is "replying" to by @tsunbeare.bsky.social (my friend) which, honestly kira did not reply to at all and then turned replies off to not face any further pushback. "i've been given the okay to share this information, but luci is a human trafficking victim who was in isolation for over 10 years. she isn't your average 27 year old. this matters in the context that the original disagreement was about luci trying to inform the 18 year old about how their new mutual adamantly defended theo, a known sex pest, even after being informed of what theo had done. context links below. link to the original posts that luci shared with the 18 year old, informing them of who they were becoming mutuals with. (link to my post, which i will add further down thread.) i personally think it's totally fair for someone who's been a victim of human trafficking to want to warn others that they're excited to be friends with someone who defends a sex pest. even so, they mutually blocked each other over the disagreement, and that was supposed to be it. but the reason this whole situation is happening now is because the 18 year old block evaded to message luci for... some reason? and block evading in general is a breach of boundaries. even if the things luci said about them were blunt, after someone blocks you, their posts are no longer your business. this is all the context i've found just from looking through luci's account today and talking to her about it. my opinion is that it's not unreasonable for luci to be upset that others were minimizing her actual experiences with a predator as something as simple as "drama."

so unfortunately i have to make another thread bc these ghouls are still lying about me/this incident.
this person defends theo & kalu (his main defender) and another adult (florian) who directly messaged me after i had blocked, telling me to just get over/drop my issue with theo (a sex pest)
