Today's fey is an evil one from Slavic folklore the Boginka. Found in swamps, rivers, ponds & forests. Most active at noon & night. They have long hair, swollen bellies, long claws, fangs & legs like a duck or dog. If they will kill a man on sight but they love to torture & kill pregnant women

This morning we are discussing the Boggart. Originally from English folklore, particularly the fens of Lincolnshire. They are a malevolent fey that hates the light preferring darkness and shadows. It is said they could attack the mind filling it with terrors and breaking a person maddening them
Today we discuss the basilisk. A very complex & often misunderstood creature. It's pertrifying gaze is actually a mistranslation. What they actually possessed was a deadly venom. So fierce it could travel up the spear of a knight that stabbed them killing the knight and it's horse! A deadly chimera

Today's fey is the Barguest. Also known the Black Dog, Cwn Annwn, Mauthe Dog, Oude Rode Ogen & many more names. These harbingers of death appear as massive black hounds, with glowing eyes, often drapped with chains. If you see one someone will die. If attacked they can cause wounds that never heal
