I read the NYT article on this and was unclear why there’d be any controversy. The worst I could see is that that the exhibition is maybe a bit hackneyed. But maybe it’s helpful for the masses, who didn’t realize that Picasso was a scumbag, outside of his occasional artistic brilliance.
