4/4 Same with exams. So many people revise for hours and days and weeks and months and panic about the process. I've tried this type of revision and cannot do it. Inevitably I pull an all-nighter and read textbooks etc until the morning... I've yet to fail an exam or even score badly
13.07.2025 13:54 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I struggle with mundane, everyday (boring?) tasks. Yet I seem to function best when the pressure is high and something needs to be done/fixed/sorted in the next few hours.
When everyone else is panicking, that's my calm and collected Zen moment, and I just seem to see the solution to the problem.
2/4 who leap at the chance to control/coerce somebody whilst making them feel useless and worthless.

1/4 Pretty accurate. This week I finally received my ADHD diagnosis.
I've fluctuated from always knowing I'm different (but unable to explain how) to massive confidence, then to massive anxiety.
This has made me an easy target for nasty narcissistic partners in the past (including recently) -
