I find the FAB community not always great at understanding the difference between "this card being a raunchy joke name is pretty funny" and "I should make a sex joke about this card every time it is seen in game or mentioned" and I'm hoping we can find a balance

Yeah I think the most egregious thing about ally heroes was how they felt like they operated on an axis that felt very unintuitive to interact with for certain classes, and this fixes that pretty much entirely. Makes them feel much more a part of the core FAB feeling.

The 10 armor makes it so that bringing disruption with lower numbers is always gonna be a bad tradeoff when the opponent gets a 1-2 times per game ignore your card button via their fridge and decks that should have to care about the disruptive 6atks have too many ways to play around the effects

Yeah I don't think the game is any more swingy right now at all, I just feel like decks are not rewarded for meaningfully interacting with their opponent's gameplan and it's more about how they can get away with their own gameplan while staunching the bleeding.
