i think in general, those sites feed into and prey on a lot of mental illnesses (considering labels are manmade after all and there’s so much overlap) and it’s important to talk about that

i think checking those “who unfollowed you” websites is very bad for people with ocd too, especially those with moral ocd who are constantly worried about posting something that will make someone “hate” them

whoever needs to read this please stop checking clearsky. especially if you have BPD or some other such kind of imbalance or insecurity or whathaveyou. speaking personally. it will destroy certain types of people inside. like you and me. don't do it. "oh but im curious" dont be. kill the voice
