Got invited to try a Japanese tea ceremony at Japanese class last week.
macha tea to the left and a Mejiro (a kind of robin?) shaped wagashi made out of fine white and red bean paste.
This kind of wagashi reminds me a lot about mazipan (but a tad less grainy and no almond flavor). It was great! Hope I can have a Japanese tea time again soon.

why would it make you less Swedish just because your parents aren’t? Why are people who obviously only judge you off your genetics in charge of deciding if you are welcome Home or not? When did we start thinking of people as nuisances? where did all the kindness go.
I got my citizenship from birth, which makes my situation a tad diff. What I have in common with those people in question however, is that I do consider Sweden my country, my culture, my home.

my savings’ value in SEK is -40-45% of what it used to be around the time I moved here a few years ago.
Matsuya was doing a Chiikawa collab. My senpai said that the curry they did for 7/11‘s chiikawa collab ruined his life, so I had high hopes for this one but it wasnt very spicy. 😞

i used to play street fighter 5 a ton but I am more into guilty gear strive novadays. my Jiro got her ass beaten royally but it was a ton of fun and kind of meditative.
went to Akiba to play street fighter with a friend today. Went to have some neat shabushabu all you can eat afterwards.
Ghibli themed cafe I went to last weekend. There was a piano concert (seemed like a regular thing) where you could send in requests too!
