it made me wonder why Gojo hung out with Yuji so much during his 'fake death'. like, as a teacher? isn't a clan head supposed to be more busy? doesn't he have his own missions? then it hit: since Yuji couldn't see many people that time, he was keeping Yuji company so that he wouldn't be lonely.

a nuance that jjk presents well compared to naruto is that even as both yuji and naruto have demons, when they talk to them inside themselves, sukuna takes yuji's face while kurama doesn't. to me, this fits with the whole "i am you" concept of empathy yuji tries to come to terms with

it's a very small, weird detail, but a great character element: Gojo always makes old man sounds when he gets up lol. it's small details like this which add depth to a character believe it or not. It's also why I can't to see him as all rizzed up and 'cool'. he's just an old man in disguise.

oh the symbolism of the dragonfly prints in the yukata.. in context of how Toji said this was the first time some1 (gojo) had noticed him when he was behind them. it alludes to how dragonflies have one of the best eyes in nature, almost 360 vision. this story peaked during this arc I must say
