I'll tell you what's truly cruel—nine out of ten dogs never finding a forever home. They’re left to roam the streets, shuffled between neglectful or abusive environments, or trapped in the shelter system with no hope. Many of these dogs have medical problems, in pain.

I don't trust most people to take care of a cat or dog. We need to have laws with mandatory spay and neuter and against breeding. Humans need to get their sh!t together without involving innocents.
