Imagine getting laid off from your govt job because of the previous executive order, apply for social welfare programs to feed your family in the absence of a job, and then hear today that funding for said programs are now cut.

I'm not doing the math on this but I also realized I have every piece of dlc for Sims 1, 2, and 3 too. I know I got them all full price at release. I wonder how much I've spent in total on The Sims since the very first pack.
I have every single piece of Sims 4 DLC. It's over 100 additional add ons. This is ridiculous.
If Hidden Valley Ranch could create a sticker or sweatshirt that said "Honk If You Like Ranch Dressing" I'd buy it immediately. Unfortunately, their product shop is lacking this item.

I did the same test with the exact same game folder on my desk PC (versus my previous one was on my gaming laptop).
PC is older-ish (2020 build) but has 32 RAM instead of the 16 my laptop has.
But all expansions, same 100GB of CC.
EXACTLY 19 MINUTES.
Wild.
I used a stopwatch to see how long it took from hitting Play in Steam to begin loading The Sims 4 to completely loaded and ready to control a sim.
1 hour 04 minutes.
I am shooketh. That's the longest it's ever taken. And I have well above the minimum specs. That CC will get ya.
