How it feels after making it public that my ex fiancee cheated on me

I know I pissed off a lot of mutuals even to the point that I had one tell her everything I posted privately

I learned that Alex Ross' mother, Lynette Ross, was also a commercial illustrator so I looked up her work and what the helllllllll!!!

I've made progress with my therapist but it's been slow

I've done and said things out of paranoia and out of fear of abandonment and have pushed some friends away

Still, all I can do is take accountability and forge forward and continue working on myself to be the best version I can be

What most friends don't know is that last year I had a traumatic experience that broke me. My self esteem, my self worth, my self confidence and a few others were shattered

I've been struggling with depression since then. My mental health has been awful and I've been suffering from anxiety

Made my apartment smell like Mexican Cinnabon today by baking some rice and cinnamon sticks

I'm really getting the hang of this cooking thing

I made chicken avocado enchiladas with a "creamy" avocado sauce

I surprised my partner in bed this morning with homemade buttermilk pancakes and chilaquiles

First time making pancakes from scratch and they were delicious 😋

No one had ever brought them breakfast in bed and they were incredibly happy 😊

And if there's been communication on the mental health and the individual is indeed doing therapy or seeking help, then the only consequences should be asking for more communication when need it

Poor mental health is not an excuse to treat your friends and loved ones poorly and then assume that there will be no consequences for it

It can be an explanation for the behavior for sure
