WHY do I keep watching movies rated 8/10 on streaming services that turn out to be awful??

I kinda want to make a video about the Pokémon Company. The relationship between Game Freak, Creatures Inc., and Nintendo. And how all of that has led to the current situation of their video games today.

I think it would be a fascinating deep dive.

I am leaning towards refocusing my efforts on game dev streams.

Spent all day yesterday learning nifty ways to create Twitch plugins that interact between MixItUp, Google Docs, and StreamElements.

I am becoming unstoppable!!!!

That’d take more practice first, and maybe finding a few fellow game dev streamers to team up with for challenges or game jams. It could be a fun way to grow skills and make cool stuff together live.

I’d love to reach a point in my game dev journey where I can regularly do build-a-game-in-a-week streams.

I would start by brainstorming simple ideas in Twitch chat, then spend the next week or two coding, making art, models, and sound, and polishing it all live together.

And with that. My favorite game, Final Fantasy Tactics has been added to my list of completed games!!!

I decided to take a long weekend, like a very long weekend.

I got the next 3 days off to play Bloodlines 2, game dev and work on my house.

I'm working on getting a game dev project started and implementing basic ideas before resuming some very basic game dev streams again.

And I think I'm going to put 3d modeling streams on hold until I progress a little bit in my learning.

Alright, after tweaking and cleaning up my 12-week 3d modeling course, I am finally going to start working through it today.

So look forward to some 3d modeling posts, and hopefully they will start getting better!

I spent some time creating a 12-week learning course to teach myself 3D modeling and implement it in Unity, dedicating roughly 10 hours a week to the project.

Time to hit the books and see how this goes. I'm excited to get into it and see if it actually works.

I am also working on learning 3d modeling and starting development on my next game idea.

Not gone, just busy!!!

It feels nice not to rush to play ALL the brand-new games and to compete to keep up in live-service games, but instead take a step back and work through completing games in my backlog.

Just remember to take a breath now and then. You may not realize that you need to.

The annoyance of going through loan stuff, receiving probably a hundred different calls, 99% of which are scam calls, and having to decipher which ones are legitimate or not.

You know, scrolling through Twitter and reading comments makes me lose faith in humanity sometimes...

I know I've said it before, but I am soooo incredibly excited and happy for the games coming out this month.

Final Fantasy Tactics and Bloodlines 2 are literally my two most anticipated games of my entire life.

BF6 and Digimon Story: Time Stranger are just the cherry on top!
