Let's be realistic, your chance of being famous is the same as being Patient Zero. Believe me. I've licked all the walls, and still haven't got Zombiebatpox2000the3rd.

The difference between changing the color and removing the bg vs leaving the bg untouched in the photos is a huge difference. Neither of these are CG, but if I want to place them on the market, I need people to believe that these are real

Finally built up the courage and actually looked at the review for my Thin novel and... yeah. They're right.

The book is whiny, the HEA ending is rushed and the pay off could be MORE. But at least they appreciated my gimmick.

Will have to do a photoshoot of the MB figurines... again. Too much post-processing makes people assume it's digital or AI, when it really was just a color slider and removal of the background. But I didn't photograph to include the BG.

I've got server racks and every variation of SSD and HDD on standby both in house, on PC, and in a remote location not controlled by the usual culprits. Most things are backed up a dozen times over.

But F if the file I'm working on is corrupted and I don't notice it when it's copied over.

And if anyone was wondering how I didn't know this, my last computer which I semi-retired in early 2025 was a Win XP. By choice. Because I knew how much Win 10 and Win 11 sucked, just not by how much.

I thought the OneDrive thing on Windows 11 was the cute, new file naming system for My Documents.

Oh boy. Was I wrong. It's been saving my audio book files and because the stupid thing is incompetent, it also corrupted DAYS worth of work.

Rescued what I could. Stabbed OneDrive.

And then I just found out 3 of my audio book chapter files corrupted, and now I'm down two whole days worth of recording (because I can't afford 8 hours a day to do these.)

So much for that early victory party... Boo.
