Good luck but I'm sure you won't need it. I've been to see you twice, fantastic every time. You have developed a clear, systematic and replicable approach - we love it!

I really hope this results in a more positive solution than the (even worse than what we currently have) coloured grading system in the leaked proposals.

Please please let it be more like the Challenge Partners reports.

As we teach children to manage their feelings and behaviour, we need not to be thermometers but instead see ourselves as thermostats.

The first measures and highlights temperature... The other helps bring it down before it gets too hot πŸ”₯

We need to - as much as possible - divorce sanctions from support. Sam needs everything we can give him… including the correct and severe sanction for verbal abuse. He is not supported by expecting less.

But he needs much much more expert resource and time as well.

I like the Challenge Partners model without review estimates (grades) and a set of www and ebi comments against areas. For me, this is the change that is needed.
