It’s good to get a general idea as a screening tool, but there’s ways and means as to getting an assessment without the cost. I got my ASD assessment with Psychiatry UK and I felt they were very thorough. I believe they also do ADHD assessments too.

Have a look at right to choose regarding choosing who actions your ADHD referral. It may be slightly quicker than going through your local NHS trust. ADHD UK have some useful info on this!

I know what you mean, if only main roads have been gritted it's a nightmare, especially on the pavement. I couldnt get to my car last week because the car park was an ice rink.
