Few communities in Ohio want this. The electricity created is fine, but at what price ... higher water usage and untold pollution of Ohio river and streams.

Yesterday at the gas station here in southeast Ohio, the price at the pump was about 50 cents higher, plus the gasoline was colored slightly red -- for the blood mixed with the fuel. The red color will get deeper as time goes on . . .
