#Papermario on the N64. I got this game about a year ago and immediately started playing it.
The soundtrack, characters, and story are amazing!! I've beaten this one and the #Gamecube version.
I honestly can't decide which one I like better

I also love the model 1 genesis more than the model 2. I think model 2 was such a downgrade. It doesn't look like it has 16 bits of mega processing powers

I would say check cables. Cables would be the easiest to replace. If it still happens after new cables. Might be something with the gpu chip... not an expert on dreamcast but I've seen other systems do this when the gpu starts to fail
