"Faulty from the start. You were the slow model that predated me. Your function is limited and your design outdated."

The big red eye flickered just for a second as Mecha dropped into a crouch, wheels rocketing him forward at 'Sonic'. At the last second, he rotated 180° to put his spikes forward.

He gave no indication that he was aware of anything odd about the hedgehog. One might infer a level of dislike from his unmoving gaze.

Turning away, the machine looks back over his shoulder.
