At 42, he has a very harsh and not the most pleasant reputation. He considers himself a necessary evil, someone who knows how to make unpopular decisions and live with their consequences. He is the fists that goodness needs to achieve results. And he doesn't hide the pleasure of being the last decision. He has a completely rational explanation for all this - if they turned to him for help, it means that all other options have already been tried. The time for negotiations and compromises is exhausted. And yes, he has a heart, but it is very securely hidden.
Richard Rook and his charm. I frankly gave up on the canonical backstory and character of the game, there are so many headcanons in him that it's practically OC.
