How do people listen to an audiobook/podcast while working O.o?

For me, walking and listening to an audiobook works. Trying to work and listen to an audiobook right now and I can barely retain 1% of what's being said.

Just finished watching the banshee tv show and uffffff-such a good time. 🤌
