Hello, Congress. Are you really going to go along with this tariff fiasco? Use your power.

Good day to remember that a US President has no inherent power over tariffs whatsoever. It’s not like war powers or pardons. It’s entirely delegated by Congress to deal with emergencies. GOP Congress cld modify that law tonight and bring this to a screeching halt.

The wages of the richest 1% have skyrocketed 182% since 1979. 

Meanwhile, the wages of the bottom 90% have seen just 44% growth. 

Trickle down economics was always a hoax.

It's not a bad idea to go to the local Walmart or big box retailer and buy lots of consumables now. From toothpaste to soap, anything you can find storage space for, buy before they have to replenish inventory.

Even if it's made in the USA , they will jack up the price and blame it on tariffs.

The same people in DC who got us into this mess are not going to be the ones to get us out of it.
