It lets your brain think "oh, well. I can totally f this whole doc up and it doesn't matter."

And before tasting it, no doubt. XD

I had high bp at one point (mostly because I ate terribly) and ever since I'm a little overly worried about my salt intake.
Plus, most food is so crammed with salt these days. :/

I like the low sodium soy sauce, too.

I'm not much of a foodie.
I like having a few staple meals and going from there.
One of these was steamed rice with frozen mixed veg and edamame with soy sauce.

I've adapted it.
Instead of soy sauce (too much salt) I now use EVOO, lemon concentrate, black pepper, and sliced kalamata olives.

Don't want to expire before I finish the book. :P

I'm not eating as well as I should.
I'm not exercising as much as I'd like.
I'm not reading as much as I could be.
I've had a bloodwork req for fasting bw for over 2 weeks.

But I have prioritized writing and that's going well, so, fuck it, amiright?

Watching A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms.
4 minutes into it, The Song of Fire and Ice hits and this is the best intro to a show I've seen in recent memory.

10/10 so far...
