Your joy is my joy and your pain is my pain. We wrap it with just "One Love", but at its heart, it's so much more specific.

I've never heard of that one. I'm excited at not only learning this stuff, but then learning it's a big thing in Buddhism and other communities, and there are so many people out here who are into it.

It ties in perfectly with the Rastafari concept of "I&I". As a result, your joy is my joy and your pain is my pain.

Sometimes people would think my reaction to their good news is fake, and after a while I just learned to accept that. But it's such a good feeling seeing their joy, and in return increasing my own.

I just discovered the term "sympathetic joy". It's the ability to rejoice in another person's happiness, success, or good fortune.

I get genuinely really excited when hearing about my friends doing well and achieving things that make them happy.

I always thought it was weird, but apparently not.

So many people take content output by AI and repost it.

Unfortunately, many of them are too lazy to even try to study and understand the content they are posting.

A company asked my email to contact me. I provided it.

They then asked my consent to send me marketing emails. I expressly *declined* consent.

Last night, I received my first marketing email.

I know I shouldn't be on Facebook, but I'm old, and much of my family is even older.

I don't know what happened, but it's really annoying that Facebook keeps pushing racist and white nationalist content into my feed.

My hope as a parent is for my memory to be a blessing for my kids.

There are so many things I intend to do, people I intend to visit, and then life does its thing and I realize 6 months have flown by.

Far too much content is now AI generated, including on professional platforms like LinkedIn.

Even worse when those producing the content have little understanding of what they are presenting.

The Democrats folding now makes no sense.

The politics are in their favor, and the public sees logic in their current stance.

It's a sad political party without a spine.

My thinking is that white can't let black get to either f2 or c3 safely, as he can either push to g2 or win b3 respectively.

I don't see how white can make progress themselves given that.

People will struggle to reconcile the idea that I do too many things with my claim that I don't really want to do things.

But I'm not allowed to tell them that I do those things because they aren't doing it themselves.

Even the nice ones will eventually burn down a village by accident.

Meanwhile, those with money and power will always push the idea that the real threat to your family's future is those other poor people who look or act just a little too different from you.

Exploitation isn't just financial, but political too.

The greatest present danger to humanity, is individuals with too much money.

At some point, those living under that threat will have to act while they still can.

The only thing I noticed Mandani do was stand up and by his stated progressive economic and social values.

Maybe other politicians can try that, for a change.
