The folly of trump screwing with our higher education system & visas of foreign students is that they are killing what amounts to one of the USA's biggest trade surplus areas: Educational Services. I thought the trade deficit was the big driver of the administration policy, or was that last week?

100% agree. They should develop that waterfront from the Royal Liver building all the way out to BMD. Parks, walkway along the river shops, bars, restaurants and hotels. Large indoor arena of some sort to host conventions and other type events.
