Three hours in! Doing nicely and looking good. Just wrapped for another couple hours with a bit more Killer Hogs BBQ rub and laid down on some Killer Hogs Vinegar BBQ sauce. #BBQmunity dinner is gonna be good!

Ok. So I finally nailed grilled wings today on Weber kettle Dry brined for over 24 hours. Sprayed with duck fat and seasoned two hours before grilling. On grill for 30-35 mins per side. Around 400 degrees Cherry wood. One of my fave seasonings. Skin was as crispy as ever. 💥 (sorryno pics) #BBQmunity

Such a disappointment. Bats ice cold and zero emotion in the dug out. They are defeated and look disinterested at this point. I know that is hyperbole but holy hell. They swing at everything. Don’t take pitches like they used to. They look foolish at the plate. Roberts is not good.
