Yes, and the fact that so many men can hold this position is an indictment of how we conceive of sex and consent, including but not only statutory. I can't even remember how many men I've talked to who admitted to actions that were, in fact, rape, but who would never consider themselves rapists.

The memes are great, humour can be an effective tool - AND let's also remember that there are real women behind this story.

I think everyone knows this already, but always a good reminder that this (avoiding the kind of details that allows them to determine which version was leaked) is crucial to stopping them from narrowing the list of suspects.
