I love Pam, but not a fan of this article she’s quoted in. Budtenders had many roles prior to legalization, and to know them is to know what we’ve lost. But sure, it was just ‘friendly guide’ under legalization. And now it’s evolving into any retail role, as we treat it like any retail product. 😒
