Saw this on a walk yesterday in Chicago 😍. Yes, there are moments of peace, and nature going about its work, amidst the urban hustle. I ❤️ ❤️ honeybees and I always stop to watch them for a few moments if I notice them when I’m out.

This isn’t funny. While I 💯 agree Stephen Miller is causing tremendous damage and pain, using a traditionally stigmatized, marginalized, and sometimes subjected to violence, community of sex workers as a violent punchline of a “joke” is not appropriate.

Thanks for saying this Sir Dion. It’s something I’m working on myself and with my therapist. The messages I grew up with are so ingrained they feel like my own. Takes some unpacking and work to find my own voice.

Went to my local corner independent grocery store for items last night. The owner is a nice guy who was distracted and almost accidentally gave me an additional $10 change. I noted his error, much to his relief. It was only $10, but in the cruel environment we find ourselves in, good 2 be kind ❤️💙🧡

21st grade? That assumes 12 grades thru high school as a child, 4 years college, and 4 completed years of grad school…

Let’s take care of each other as best we can! Every chance we have to mask up, to limit exposure, or to get vaccinated for those eligible (🤬 it’s not everyone now), is a step in the right direction. I know I’m not perfect, but I’m doing my best.

It’s Mountain Monday! On this stormy Chicago night, I’m thinking of the clear sunny sky in Napa wine country during the summer. I go to northern California so rarely, but every time I’ve gone, I’ve had a great experience.

My favorite experiences are when my partner asks about consent. “How are you feeling today”. What I enjoy today may change from yesterday or tomorrow. And consent doesn’t have to be a series of yes/no questions. “Show me how you want to be touched” or “Would you like fast or slow” offers 🔥 options
