Worst I’ve seen us play in so long. Ridiculous game plan, hopeless balls into the box repeatedly failing, West Ham walking through us so easily, and no finishing. Gordon is a shadow of his former self, defence all over the place. Players and Eddie got it so wrong

Aye, some of the ones I’ve seen look spectacular and it’s hard to not want it, but I would just worry about what we might lose by that as well. I’m happy either way as long as whichever they decide is done properly

Aye I’m not against it completely, because you want that huge intimidating beast. You want that huge stadium with stupid capacity, I was buzzing when we were the second biggest stadium in the country, but now there’s more to it, if they could do more with SJP I’d probably be more in favour of that

I get that, like whenever you go to a new stadium or a stadium abroad you get that wow factor, but I think if you asked most away fans, they probably get that feeling when they come to SJP for the first or second time

I’m on the fence. I think I’d rather they just did more/something with SJP. Not for nostalgia, just think a new stadium doesn’t necessarily give the boost that people think it does

You make fair points. Like it all seems glamorous to get this all singing, all dancing 70k+ seater stadium, but are we going to lose more than we gain. I also don’t want to be a nostalgia merchant either. Think location will play a large factor in whether fans get behind it mind
