His tariffs are unconstitutional. His using the military to play cop on our streets is unconstitutional. But we don’t have a Congress right now, and this Supreme Court can’t be trusted to follow the law & the Constitution.

DOJ has sued 8 states for refusing to turn over their full, unreacted voter files.

My team has now filed motions to defend voters in 7 of those cases in ME, MI, MN, NH, NY, OR and PA.

I suggest that DOJ monitor the docket in the remaining one in CA.
