I made beef barbacoa tacos with lime crema & pickled radishes tonight. Slow-cooked the beef for 10 hrs, in my own spice blend. Pickled the radishes myself. Did the tortillas, Mexican rice, & a street corn salad, all from scratch.

I spent the day cooking & thinking about only food. It was awesome.
