Turns out my hormones & a kidney infection with no visible symptoms said I was too powerful/needed knocking down a peg. 😅

Even now mine has lowered, you can still have some of it, it’s still too high 😂

So this week isn’t going as planned, if you need me I’ll be under spaghetti junction of an ecg, infusion meds and a blood pressure monitor.

I’m on the mend but I don’t recommend a 238/170 blood pressure (which is coming down finally) 🫠

I’ve put on so much weight in the past 2 years that my 3 black dresses (funeral appropriate) don’t fit anymore..
