Work room floods everytime it rains and it’s been getting worse. 3 different contractors couldn’t find/solve the issue and the 4th one says they have. Tore out our whole patio floor to get to the internal wall so HOPING it’s actually fixed now. Should be able to get back to work in a few more days😩
